Conformity Of Goods-Government Standard
CONFORMITY OF GOODS-GOVERNMENT STANDARD
The quality of the goods listed in Section [Section Number] of this agreement shall conform to the standards established by [Designated industry or government standard] as represented to buyer by seller. Seller shall not furnish the goods in accordance with the revised standards, should the standards be revised prior to shipment, unless prior written consent of buyer is obtained by seller.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
